Be The Gift!

Here is Bobo and Izzy enjoying there Saturday afternoon. While the rest of us are either working or playing they are enjoying being loved, played with and fed. How easy life would be if that was all we had to worry about. You could send someone else, shopping for you, like they do. Also, making sure they are always hydrated with plenty of water in their dish etc. They don't even have to take their own baths, brush their teeth or comb their hair. Someone is always doing this for them. It's definitely a dog's life for sure.
Try to serve someone you see struggling with opening a door or whatever it is their struggling with and just help them. It could be as simple as opening a door or something in their life they need to share with you. Please remember, once they share something with you, most people are looking for someone they can trust. Be considerate and don't share what they tell you with others. One tiny secret can turn into a large blown up tell tail of garbage and lies most of the time. One day that may even come back to bite you.
I believe God is always watching what we do. What do you want him to see you doing? He knows we aren't perfect but he knows who's for real and who isn't. If you haven't been honest with yourself and others lately, tell them the truth and ask for forgiveness. You will be suprised how they react with you. Quit being more worried about yourself. I can guarantee you, by thinking and giving to someone else, will help make things easier for you. How? You won't be focusing on what you are going to receive but how much of a gift you will give to someone else. Try to be the person God really wants you and I to be. Be the Gift!
