OOPS!

Hey everybody. I received an email response from my nephew, Eric, that I made an error on the one hour less blog I wrote on Saturday. Here's what he sent, "Hey, don't we "SPRING" forward the clock?" Love ya, Eric. Yes, we do and thanks for showing the love. It's good to have people remind you that we make mistakes. Especially when it's done with love. I know I have found it actually makes us a better person.
Anyway, Bobo and Izzy know when they do something wrong they will be corrected. The famous word No! They sometimes do pretend they don't know what No means. That's to let me know, they want to do it again. I swear, this last time I corrected Bobo, he stuck his tongue out at me. Ha!It may take a few times before they get it but they'll usually get it.
When we get corrected at work or home usually our defense mechanism takes over. We may say something like, "I saw it already" or "Are you so perfect you don't make mistakes." That's called being a little stubborn and closed minded. We can put another spin on it by saying, "I appreciate you seeing that for me" or "Thanks for letting me know the OOPS."
