When you go to an open house today, please as a courtesy to the Seller, sign the guest register. The Realtor may ask you for your name, phone number and an email. Also, if you have any interest in the house, don't you want to be notified of any price changes to the home or remodeling the Seller may do. It definitely is a win win for the person that comes in to see it.

Make it fun and easy for everybody. If you are already working with a Realtor and you're out looking at homes, just tell the Realtor at the house you are visiting.
