I went out to look for a house with a Buyer I met and it showed really great when the people lived in it. The people moved out and it changed the warmth of the house for this Buyer. Thank God, I actually did find them something else they could call home. I know someone will call the house they didn't like a home soon but it got me out of the doghouse with them. Ha!Well, Bobo and Izzy don't live in a doghouse and never will. They live in the main house. I like the sound of that. It makes me sound like I live on Jupiter Island or Palm Beach Island or something. NOT! Anyway, it's like that for Bobo and Izzy. They have the life. They get to run free, play and enjoy the house like it's their own. I wish they could make a payment every once in a while. Ha! I am happy to be able to make a payment these days. We need to look at our homes as if they are our mansions. Be grateful and happy with what you have even if you need to wait to buy. As Realtors I know we need to continue to help people find a place they can call home. Be it a House, Townhouse or Condo, our job is to work to make home ownership happen for all. It makes you feel proud to know you are truly helping others. So move over doghouse, welcome home people!
