Doesn't it feel good when you get in a good stretch. I know it does for Izzy. When she stretches out it's so funny to watch. She wants someone or Bobo to pay attention to her. She will do a normal stretch and then her back legs will come up and she will start kicking them straight up. She is letting you know to pet her or Bobo to lick her. It's really cute to see when she gets what she wants. This dog can lay there for you to pet her just like she was getting ready for something. A massage I would say. Ha! When you are getting yourself together today for work, play or whatever it is take a nice stretch. It feels good to just expand your chest and stretch your arms out. It's almost relaxing and energizing all in one. So stretch for a ready day and get something done like Izzy. It will make you feel good about yourself even if you only get in a good stretch.
