Going out today to meet a Buyer that I met at an open house a few weeks ago. I really appreciate it was a great tool to help me get connected with this person. I'm looking forward to our day out today.Real Estate can be very fun or stressful at times. Mostly fun, especially when it's at the cost of others. I love to pick on people but in a good way. Just the other day my partner, Linda and I were at the marketing session. It was my day to be in front of everyone to present the session. What a blast! It allows me to open up myself to others. The Realtors seem to enjoy it or I am was a jack ---....Right. Anyway, we had a price change on a Townhouse we have in Osceola Woods. Just so the Owner knows, I was able to let other Realtors from many different Real Estate Companies, know the price was reduced. I did a rap. I don't even like rap but I found a way to like it. Bobo and Izzy have to put up with my sorry singing and crazy antics on a regular basis. I can almost get people to do things just so they know I will leave them alone soon. Even the dogs at times. Bobo doesn't usually care much as long as he has something to chew on but Izzy does. In the picture today she looking to see what all the noise is about. Me again...OOPS. Sorry Izzy.
