1. They changed their mind. 2.They bought something already. That's usually it in a nutshell. No matter how you try to figure it all out, forget it. You can really get yourself totally stressed out over the suddenly invisible Buyer. Just remember, it's nothing you did personally to them. Give yourself credit, you stayed in touch. Be kind to yourself about it. One day the phone will ring and they will tell you they bought or an email comes that says, I changed my mind and hope it didn't inconvenience you in any way. You may even get the one that tells you they still need your help but had an emergency in the family. Just remember, this is all part of doing Real Estate. It's a roller coaster ride at times and we all can't always help and get along with everyone we meet. Always be open and honest in everything you do and keep that communication going with them so you aren't the one saying Buyer are you there?
Uh Oh, Izzy is scratching at my leg to let you know something. "Hey you guys, I know what it's like with your Buyers as I had a similar incident with Bobo. We were playing chase and having a great time when all of a sudden he was gone. I am telling you I looked high and low for him. Not too high that is because I am very small. Hee Hee..... I kept calling out, Bobo are you there? You know, he thought he was being clever about deciding to change the game midstream. I saw something off white moving back and forth like a snake that turned out to be Bobo's, tail. It was wagging so fast I thought it would fall off. When I got a little closer I barked in my loudest voice, Bobo are you there? He jumped so high I felt it was all worth the changing of his game. Gotcha Bobo!"
