
Okay, You are probably asking yourself after yesterday's Blog I wrote, how do you qualify? Well, the first thing our Real Estate Team does is make sure that the Buyer hasn't already talked to someone about buying? Then we proceed to let them know what their options are. We work for Coldwell Banker and we usually refer them to a few different places. We use Coldwell Mortgage Company as they are very reputable. We may give them 2-3 referrals depending upon what there issues are. Being we aren't usually privy to their finances we need to make sure that who we refer them to are licensed and qualified to get the information from them in a professional way. They know what programs are out there for them which is why we should always get them to the right person. The mortgage Rep will send us a letter showing what they can afford and it truly gives the Buyer power. The power is in the letter. The Seller also feels good knowing that only people that can afford their houses are showing up. So Buyers, Realtors ET all, you got the power when you have the letter. You got the power, got the power, buyer's got the power, power, power, power........"Izzy, get off the record, those aren't around much anymore. It's not a merry go round. Izzy says, "I got the power, I got the power....power, power, power"................"Hee, Hee, Hee".......................
