Izzy? Office Tips Already!

"Hey, It's Izzy and I want to share something with you but I don't want to wake the master, Bobo, that is. Okay, I need your un-dog-vited attention. Come on now, Bobo is snoring and I can't concentrate. If he doesn't stop soon I will have to go to another room and it will look dog-spicious. It's very simple but important information and I thought being me and Bobo have been on a roll, (over Bobo and lay on your side it's getting louder), to help you out with your work environment more. Are you ready? I know you Realtors and or office workers will probably never be 100% paperless and truly organized as I see the craziness of my mom's office at home. Would hope mom and her partners areas would be more organized at her office. I know they are busy and she doesn't bring us there as a courtesy to others. What if Bobo snored or something?"

Izzy? Office tips already.

"Okay mom. Don't gamble when your broke. Hee hee hee. Okay here we go."

1. Make the time to make sure when you get to the office you say hi to others as long as they aren't on a phone or talking with someone else when you walk by. It's polite to say hi but just as impolite to be interrupting someone. (We tend to move our mouths before we use our brains.)

2. If you drink coffee and know it's almost empty, rinse out the pot and throw out the filter with the old coffee in it. It only takes a few seconds and someone will see what you did and may just do the same next time. (Good habits can create good behavior. Bad habits just stink.)
3. Try to wipe your phones off with a anti-bacterial wipe. If someone uses your phone make sure you wipe it off. Let them see how you can keep the office more germ free by your actions. ( The wipe you make may be the cold or flu you keep away.)
4. Be polite to all when answering the phone. They are calling you to provide them with an exceptional service. Try not to make noises while you are on the phone. We don't realize we clear our throats, sniff, snorkel, hum or sneeze which the latter would be out of our control just keep our mouth away from it and sneeze in a Kleenex if possible. (Your tone and actions on the phone can be the Hi or BY (buy) of getting a client/customer.)
5. If you don't feel well with a fever or cold, please think of yourself and others. Get well. You can only make yourself worse by not staying at home to rest. It will aggravate others if they become ill because of you. (People care when we're sick but don't feel good if we make them sick too.)

"Well, that's all for today. Hope you found my office tips to be simple and helpful?"
