No Worries...No Problem!

This is to expand on what I talked about yesterday. My favorite saying, Waz Up? Anyway, I thought I would mention the one I don't care for. I know it seems like we hear this one all the time.I don't want to offend anybody but please think about what you're saying. The saying I am speaking of is, no worries. Reminds me when people used to say, no problem. That was even worse sounding to me. I used to take my car in for repairs and the mechanic would say it will be ready in 2 hours. "Are you sure?' I would reply. Oh yes, no problem. Of course, 4 1/2 hours later I was very upset and worried as it was taking longer. I thought for sure I was going to get the ole, we had to take the engine out and replace it. Ha. No, it was because they didn't have enough help. You see, that did become my problem that day and of course the guy that said no problem wasn't saying that when I showed up to get the car. Now the no problem is said as no worries. I can tell you that anything with a no in front of a negative word is going to be a problem and I am worried.
On my Blog today is a picture of my dog, Bobo after going to the Pet ER hospital. His tail was nipped and I mean it was the very tip of the tail and bleeding of course. Took him in and the Tech said, "no worries." I looked at my friend, Judy, who was with me and said, "I'm worried." I asked if the bill would be more than a few hundred dollars. The Tech said, "let me get the Dr. and she will go over everything but no worries; and I am sure there will be no problems." I replied to him, "please don't say no worries as I am worried and not wealthy. I love my dog and just want the tail taken care of. Just please no extras and that will keep me in the no worry mode." Dr. came in and Bobo goes back to be taken care of. Bobo comes back with 2 stitches, shots, medicine and looking pathetic. I felt so bad for him until I was handed the bill, which was close to $500.00. Don't misunderstand me, I am happy he's okay but my focus was distracted on a $500.00 figure. All Right, it was an ER Hospital after all, and Bobo is worth more to me than $500.00. I would have liked to have had the $200.00 bill I dreamed of and have the Tech pay the additional $300.00. I wanted to say to him, "I'm sure you can handle the balance as you made it seem like no worries and no problem. I told you a no in front of a negative word is going to be worries and problems.
