The Best Hour in Real Estate!

One day a year they have where you can take your child to work. I don't really know what date it is or why most people don't take advantage of taking them. I was at a Real Estate marketing session about one month ago and there was 2 Realtors that took advantage of bringing someone with them . One was a daughter of a dad who's a Realtor, and the other was a grand-daughter of a woman, who is also a Realtor. At this session we, the Eidson Team, with Coldwell Banker, and other Realtors and their Real Estate Companies they work for, come and make this a weekly session. We all get a chance to let each other know about our new listings, price changes, rentals and open houses that we get to share.

There are Brokers from different companies and affiliates with the Association of Realtors, that come and supply us a treat which usually consists of snacks, breakfast or sandwiches. It's really the best hour to have an opportunity to cut up with each other and then become the true professionals we are, by promoting our listings for the Sellers we have. We sometimes promote Buyers looking for unusual property criteria, or low priced listings that are hard to fine. We also help each other get our rentals rented. This is so productive that I still don't know why more of the Realtors aren't making this more of a priority.

I wonder if I could bring Bobo and Izzy to the session or work. If you have pets, please check with your Broker at your office first to make sure you can bring them. I do know of a few Realtors who's dogs come in every now and then. Our pets like our children help inspire us in so many ways. That could be another Blog.
