C'mon, I'm Waiting 4 U!

To exercise or not to exercise that is the question? I can tell you one thing for sure. If you are looking to feel better about yourself, and want to lose wait, you definitely need exercise in your life. i have tried to lose wait so many different ways but one way hold true. Exercise, exercise, exercise! I have written about this before and talked about weight but Bobo is waiting to say something about dogs and exercise too.
"Hi y'all, Bobo here. I am from the south you know. That's me on the mat. I have been patiently waiting to say to you that dogs need to watch out on their weight and body tone too. I have been told by other female dogs and earthly girls that I have a nice Body. I think I do too. Not to bark up my looks or anything but hey, I am rather dapper if you know what I mean. I keep a good weight and you should see me in action with the girls. I may have been spayed, but I am not dead yet? As a matter of fact, I am told all the time how nice my body looks. I take walks, run quite a bit, and stay fit, thanks to having Izzy to go after from time to time. Hee, Hee............... She looks good on her weight too, but chunkier.... Girl dogs don't show as fit as us boys do, Ya know.....Hee...Hee.. Keep exercising and don't stop. Do the steps, take a short jog or walk, swim, go to the park and swing, stair stepper, trampoline, etc. etc. at least 5 days a week. Watch your food portions. Me and Izzy need to count on whoever feeds us. As you can see by my photo, I am looking good. C'mon, I'm waiting 4 U!" http://www.homesrez4u.com
