Ready...Aim...Fired Up!

Ready: Push yourself away from your work station and stand up. Stretch your arms straight up in the air with your hands open and fingers pointing as if you were trying to touch the sky. Gradually stretch as if you are yawning. Do this about 3 to 5 times slowly. Make sure you breathe in with your nose and out with your mouth while doing this. If you want you can get on your tippy toes and go up and down with your arm movements at the same time. You can really get a great stretch that way.

Aim: Hold your arms straight out in front of you with your palms facing down and fingers pointing forward. Count to 10. Take your arms to your side and stretch them straight out like an airplane. Count to 10. Now hug yourself and hold for 5 seconds.

Makes you feel like you are going to get ready for something exciting doesn't it? I suggest you now walk around the office and get away from your paperwork ET all. You will feel great afterwards.

Bobo is a Ready to go...Aims at what he wants..... and Fired up kind of dog. Mostly it's on Izzy he does that on. When he gets like that, Izzy gets Ready.............to......Aim ............and get Fired up on Bobo! Get em Izzy!
