I don't know about other Realtors out there, but my team members, Linda and Joe Eidson can tell you at our Coldwell Banker office in Jupiter it is getting busy. You can feel the buzz around the office with people shuffling back and forth with printouts of all types of properties, phones ringing, and more smiles than I've seen in a very long time. Prices have been so affordable that now is the best opportunity for Buyers to jump in and enjoy the privilege of owning their own homes. Some people may not get this opportunity right now and shouldn't be sad about that. Real Estate has always been full of surprises and opportunities to purchase for investment or second homes. This has been the first time in more than 6 plus years you can actually own and rent a home and make money. Keep in mind when you are out looking for a home make sure to use a Realtor.
