I came flying through my office at home and noticed it seemed toooooo quiet. You know, one of those times when your children, cats and dogs are probably up to something. Of course, I ignored it. I'm a busy Realtor and need to get this offer put together and get the deal done. Money doesn't grow on trees, you know.
Okay, now, what was it I knew didn't seem right? Suddenly I hear, scratch, scratch, scratch........In the midst of the scratching noise it sounds like a high pitch sqeeking noise. What the heck? You guessed it. Poor Izzy...... I am soooooo sorry, honey. Let me get you out of here. She was stuck in between the office door and my bookcase. Bless her heart she was in a tight squeeze.
Let's not get so wrapped up in our work that we don't notice the important things around us. Sure, we need to make a living but we should never be so busy that we loose sight of what is most important around us. Believe me, I would have finished that deal anyway and Izzy, would have been much happier about it too.
