Qualify To Buy Not To Say By!

Hi all! If this is your first time reading this blog I want to tell you working as a Realtor is very exciting and rewarding. You get to meet people for the first time, always qualify them, go over what your going to show them, put them in your car, show them around the area and hopefully sell them their first, second third or so home. It would be great to be able to do that every time but it just doesn't work that way. Sometimes you get the couple, qualify them, show them properties and they may leave. What happened? You really must make the connection with that person to get them in your car. Besides you don't want to be a cab driver if you know what I mean? There will always be people that aren't totally serious but if you qualify first, you will have more chance of getting them to buy not to say by.

Bobo and Izzy had to be qualified in order for me to purchase them. I needed to make sure they were in good health and came from a good family. I also, asked for their papers from the veterinarians office, to make sure they were examined with a clean bill of health. You want your pets to be very active and in good shape when you take them home. I love them and want to have them for their entire lives. I had to buy them and say by before I could take them home the first time as they were too young. That was really hard once we met but it sure made me more appreciative when I finally got to take them home.
