Today I want to talk about letting people know where you are at all times. As Realtors, me, my partners and colleagues meet people from all over the world. When you think about it what a privilege to be able to have the opportunity of helping them find a home and getting to know them. Our job consist of selling and buying homes with these people. We work for our safety as well and if we have to meet up with someone we try to always meet them at our Coldwell Banker office in Jupiter. We do a face to face and at least that way you know they are interested in looking for property when they come in.Yesterday, I went out on an appointment of someone that I did have to meet at the community. I asked them to go to the front gate where the property was located. It was a gated community with a security guard. The security there was amazing. They asked for the potential Buyer's ID to make sure he was who he said he was and we went to the place to look at it. I felt pretty safe about that too. Always make sure you ask the right questions when you are dealing with people you don't know. Bobo and Izzy feel safe when they meet other people and their pets because I am with them. One day another dog jumped right at Izzy and she was sooooooo scared. She didn't get hurt but I felt bad that it happened to her. The next time I took her for a walk we stayed away from that dog 4 sure. Izzy needs to be careful around Bobo sometimes because of his squirrel. That squirrel has become his love, poor Izzy left for a stuffless squirrel. In both of these examples above it's always better to be safe than sorry.http://www.homesrez4u.com/
