I love it when my mom is home and I can spend time with her. She can work at the house and take calls without anyone knowing where she is. She's all set up with a complete workstation and can handle sending and receiving offers and contracts. That's one of the advantages of being self employed. Her Team, works very hard whether they are at the office or at home. Being a Realtor can be demanding at times but it depends on how your time gets spent. You can't afford not to be with your family.
I love My Aunt Linda and Uncle Joe for letting my mom be with us more. Remember, you can find ways to spend as much time as you can with your loved ones. Whatever you do, make every minute count. Even if you have to go to work, make a special time for your family when you get home. Instead of watching TV, play cards or a game for fun time. If the phone rings, don't answer it. You may interrupt a precious moment you'll never be able to capture again. Nothing is more important to put your family on hold for.
