I know you have had these type of days before. You wake up but feel like you never really are awake. Does that make sense? It's a little scary isn't it? Here I was yesterday, sitting at the computer at my work desk and all of a sudden I hear click, click, click, click.................I have fallen asleep on my keyboard. Someone walks by and you hope they haven't noticed. No such luck and you know it. Bobo and Izzy get what it means to be dog tired. I watch them sleeping and Bobo and Izzy are running in their sleep. I saw Izzy moving her mouth so fast she looked like an auctioneer. I wonder what toys she was auctioning? Can you see a room full of dogs lifting their paws up to bid on their toys? They can't pay, so they'll play with them and each other. Everybody wins!
Seriously though, make sure you get plenty of sleep and don't let yourself get overworked. Do like Bobo and Izzy and make some play time in your life. Eat right and take a walk with your
dog(s), friend(s) or neighbor(s), to help relieve any stress. Remember., if you aren't rested, you won't be at your best with you or others. Get rid of being dog tired and wake up to the best you can be. Make it a successful day!
