We all have those days where we go to work or meet a stranger and they make us feel small. Or you may be having an argument with a loved one or not so loved one. Afterward, you feel bad because usually in a heated moment we say something we don't mean. It makes us a better person if we could just learn to keep our mouths closed. If you did say something don't wait to say you're sorry. Most people tend to be more forgiving if you apologize sooner than later. Nothing sounds more sincere than those 2 words, I'm sorry. If you wait too long to say it, the other person starts to stew inside about it. You can stew so long that you begin to feel more anger about something you may have already forgotten what made you angry in the first place.
How many times have you heard 2 siblings say I haven't spoken to my brother or sister in years. You ask, what happened? They say they don't remember but it must have been bad because they're still angry about it. Silly isn't it? Please don't step on me and I won't step on you.
