How many times have you heard people say something and then finish with: That's what I'm talking about. Well check out this house. It has a lot of muscle and knows it's a smart house. Even the windows slide up and down.Bobo and Izzy want to tell you about a not so smart house in our neighborhood with no muscle left in it at all. It's a repossession and still isn't for sale yet. Children have been playing over there and not much anyone can do to keep people away. It has a torn chair, ripped couch with the material sticking out all over the place and a broken end table. Some of the windows are fine line cracked and missing totally out of the frame. The fence is chain linked and no longer linked in areas and who knows what else?
"Hello big and small bankers, Bobo and Izzy here. Every day, me and Izzy, walk or run by this house in our neighborhood. It looks like the yuck shack at the moment. It used to be a pretty nice looking house with a lovely pool in the backyard that was very well kept too. Not anymore, it's a sewer water filled bathtub, at the moment in that poor pool. We can't even dog paddle in it and the bank doesn't even know what bank owns this house yet. We do know it's been sitting longer than we sit when we're told to do so on command, on a good day. We can't even find a spot to to do our doodies on. Not that we go there but we do know some of our four legged friends that doo, we mean do. Oops, pardon our pun. We certainly hope it gets on the market soon. Our mom, Lois and her partners, Linda and Joe Eidson at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, would like to get that listing and sell it.
