Great Shape Alive!

Like many of us, that are out there working hard and coming home late, it makes it hard to get in a good routine of exercise. I know, I'm not alone in all of this. There are days I hear many people in my office complaining about the weight they have put on etc. As Realtors, we are always offered food, at just about every function we go to. Feed them and they will come. That really does hold true most of the time. I know I like not having to worry about what I am going to bring for lunch at work to eat. Nice to be in a socializing atmosphere with other Realtors. It makes it feel less competitive and friendly.

I came in my room this morning and lo and behold to my surprise I see Bobo on my Fitness Mat. I layed it out last night to do some stretching and a few push ups. Very few push ups I might add. Just like millions of other people, I am having a real struggle keeping my weight down and trying to (figure) out what is the best (weigh) to start. For the last 5 years I have really watched my carbs and have always had high cholesterol. In the 5th. year after many different exercise, foods and meds to get it right, we finally found out what worked for me. The last few times at the Docs it seems we are slightly on the rise again. She asked me what have you been doing for exercises lately or not doing? I told her, when I can get home on time, I walk my dogs, bounce to new heights on my miniature trampoline, ski in my garage, not on the slopes and play with my dogs.

"Not enough," she says. I can tell you aren't doing it enough. How did she know? What is she a fly on my wall. By the way, speaking of flies, there are more I am swatting down. I wonder if I can get the Doc in case she's watching. Ha.....

"Bobo, what are you doing buddy?" It looks like he's exercising on my exercise mat. Smart boy. Well how about that. Why don't I do like Bobo and get in great shape.
