
"Contact", every person you know that will give you the time of day and ask them to help you in your Biz. It takes a smart person to keep going at it to get something in return. If you don't at least try something, you know nothing is going to happen. When you do something, usually you will get something back in return. Make this something you try and do every day and before you know it they will be contacting you.
"Contract", we have to get someone what they are looking for. A House, Condo, Townhouse. Keep yourself prepared and ready with a pen and paper and a sales contract or listing agreement depending on the side you are dealing on in you Biz you are in and try to keep a current offer updated and at lease one copy in your car just for that Emergency deal. That way if they can't go back to the office with you it can be written up right then and there. I have to say it can give the Buyer a real sense of urgency that multiple offers could and may be coming in. In lower price properties where this happens more frequently now, we want the Buyers and Sellers to feel secure in their dealings with us. We want to let them know they can feel confident of purchasing a home and or selling one with us, and the company we work for, that we will be ready to execute an offer for a buy or a sale for their listing, at a moments notice.
