How To? Do The Twist!

Okay readers how would you like to read some positive how to's. If you can think of anything you would like for me to write about go to: http://facebook.com/lois.armstrong2. That's where all the comments come through on the previous ones I have written about. I want to thank everyone for your comments and suggestions. They are very much appreciated. I thought I would chose the first how to, being I am the one writing about it. Ha! Anyway here we go.

I don't profess to do things the same way others might, so you may be wondering what the title means? Most might think it's about dancing. NOT! It's about putting a twist on things in your life that might bring you down.Haven't you heard the saying let's put a positive twist on things? What things you may ask? How about on when something bad happens to us, or less drastic, someone you may not like that gets on your nerves. Now we're talking, the latter relates to more about me, right? ha!

Bobo and Izzy would like to put a positive twist on something first. Scenario: Izzy will be eating her bone and when she least expects it Bobo swoops down and it's in his mouth like he had it all along. Izzy sweetly takes the bone Bobo had until he stops chewing her bone he took and sets it down to lick his paw or something. Izzy puts a positive twist on the situation. First she walks over and starts licking Bobo's face, ears, eyes and just when he starts to close his eyes she leaps over and grabs the bone fish and off she goes to another spot away from him. Now Izzy did the twist.

Scenario of the person that constantly whines. How can we put a twist on that? Don't invite them to anything. Well, I know a few of us who'd like to do that but we need to do the twist, remember? What to do, what to do......MMMMMMMMMMM? Bingo! You must be sincere. Let them know you care about them, but don't get so involved with too much of the personal. Compliment something about them in a positive way every single day. Before you know it they stop whining so much around you and may even start doing it less around others as well. Well, what did we learn from this? How to do the twist. Ha!http://facebook.com/lois.armstrong2
