Being, I was swamped with so many ideas of what to write and comments about what to write I had to pick one, mine again. Ha! maybe, we'll get some participation about this one if you would like.
Scenario: Here comes the Buyer in the beat up car, badly dressed and walks in to the office and says he wants to go looking at houses. What do you do? Most of us would say give it to the new Agent. If you thought this wait until you hear this one.
This man came in and he wanted to buy right away. He had been living out of his car with his little dog. The dog looked better kept than he did. It was a little Chihuahua with a bandanna on his neck named, Chewy. Chewy loved to have a bone near him at all times or this man's car would have been in shambles. He was asked to sit in the smallest room and told to wait while the person on floor got him the Agent. The Agent came in and asked the man if he would like something to drink and for the dog as well. He said a water would be fine. They discussed what he wanted to do and asked him how he was going to purchase. He said he had cash to buy so the Agent took him around with his dog Chewy.
2 hours later the Agent comes back and takes him back to the conference room with Chewy. Everyone in the office was all eyes wondering what had happened. They were going to have to wait as the door to the conference room was shut and the Agent, the man and his dog were behind closed doors.
In about 30 minutes a limousine drove up with a handsome man walking through the door. The floor people were stumbling over each other to get to him when he says my dad and his dog are suppose to be here. All there faces dropped as he went to the room where the Agent was. The rest I am sure you can figure out. The only thing is no one knew what the Agent had found for him.
All the parties left the office and every one watched as the man in the limousine drove off and the man and his dog Chewy did the same. The office was in a frenzy as they approached the Agent to see what had happened. She said I can't believe it he bought a beautiful Mansion with all the upgrades near the beach and it had an extra dog run and play area for his dog Chewy. There was a detached home on the property with it's own garage and all the amenities. The son had told her his dad was always the simple type that never wanted to have much but had finally decided he would move in with his son and his family as long as Chewy would be taken care of. He hadn't been well but promised his son he would move in with him and his family. He also let the dad pick out the home. The price of the home was $6,000,000. Don't be so quick to judge the way someone looks or what they drive. You never know what their situation may be.
