Less $$ for Car Wash! Ask Bobo and Izzy?

As small business workers most of us are going to have to take care of our cars, trucks, smart cars, SUV's, Jeeps and you can just about name them all. As an independent contractor, my colleagues and partners, need to make sure, when we take a potential buyer in our car or whatever the means of transportation may be, it must be neat and clean. Put yourself in your Clients shoes, whew maybe not, hee......hee....., but you know what I am saying. No one wants to be escorted around with trash and liquid spilled all over the dash etc. I have even seen empty soda cans, water bottles and paper work strewn all over the back seat and on the floor. I guess we figure if we only have one client we won't need to pick up the mess. WRONG! I have seen it and no exaggeration. Also, the odor in some of our cars are enough to make the people either say I will drive myself or see ya later. That's why I asked Bobo and Izzy to go get me the hose and help me clean the car. If you can't afford the expensive automatic car washes that range from almost $20.00 to $150.00 detailing. You can take it yourself to a do it yourself car wash or stay at home. You usually have everything you need at home and you may find someone willing to help you just to be nice. Don't forget to use something for the odor. I have found fabric febreeze, or the liquid bottle that attaches to the AC vent work the best for me. They usually run no more than $3.oo to $4.00. remember, with the bottle of febreeze you can save alot more as you can use it over and over again. Make sure it doesn't spot up any of your fabric and test a small area of it first. An easy way to do an exterior wash is go to a gas station that has a good "soft cloth" automatic wash. It cleans exceptionally well. I can get the exterior of the car washed with less than $5.00. It depends what type of wash you want. Put in the code and away you go. You will have to vacuum yourself but that may only cost you up to a $1.00 or $2.00 at most, depending on how dirty your interior is. You may need to also dry it yourself after going through the automated wash, and don't speed to get the car dry, the police will be more than happy to double your fines for driving too fast. Now the car wash has cost you over $200.00. Oh yes, you can go to a spray wash if you want but I have found they leave spotting and usually dirt and grime stays on the car. It's all up to you and they can run you upward of $10.00 or more depending on if you need to use their convenient vending machines for extra cloths and soap etc. I say if you know you are going to do it yourself, leave a bag with some items that won't get hot in your car and spoil. Cloths, sponges, car brushes and chamois cloths etc. are great to keep in your car for emergencies.Bobo and Izy are always wanting to get into the action or to help. They have their car that runs on air. They had it all ready to go when they realized they don't do windows and they don't paw wash cars. Hee.....Bobo and Izzy do want to remind you to please make sure your cars show nice but also make sure your tires are with proper air pressure. Check all your fluids on a regular basis. So there it is. To pay or not to pay that is the question. You can use less $$ for car wash but make sure you are prepared to put in the time and sweat. You can take a neighbor's child looking to make $2-$3 extra bucks to help you. Just an idea if you are not feeling up to the challenge. http://homesrez4u.com/.
