The AAAAAAHHHHHH Factor!

I want to share something that happened to me just the other day when I took out these Buyers that came from Canada to look at Condos in Jupiter Florida. Our Real Estate Team got them from another Realtor that provides a Referral service on the Internet that only takes a fee if you sell the Customer he sends to you. Fair enough, so here's the situation I encountered.

The first day I met with them was at our Coldwell Banker office. They were staying only 2 buildings away from us, at the Jupiter Yacht Club, a beautiful Condo overlooking the Intercoastal waterway. Upon meeting them, I told them about my parents, and their parents who were from Canada. So I said, I am French Canadian and they said, "we aren't, but we are happy you are." They laughed and I laughed. What a great way to start a relationship. After that, We did seem to hit it off very well after that.

We proceeded to look at properties, and I didn't realize it until the next day when we were out looking at the third property and the woman blurted out, "we didn't really like anything you showed us yesterday. I want you to know today you are right on with what we were hoping to see so far." I looked at her and was dumbfounded. I wondered why they went out with me again. Were they French Canadian after all? NOT! Ha! The answer may be that maybe they liked me? I don't know for sure, but I did tell hem when I first met them, that I would do everything I could to find them what they're looking for and maybe they trusted that. Whatever it was, here we were looking for a second home together.

We had a great time and I told them I had a surprise for them at the end of our tour. The AAAAAAHHHHHH FACTOR was coming! They wanted to see a Condo in an area some of their friends lived and there it was. They didn't know I was going to show it to them so it was a nice surprise. The one they are now hoping to make as their second home.
