Oh My Aching Back!

We all have to work for a living but some days we have those aches and pains that remind us we may not be going out the door today. One of the things that have held me up from going to work is when my back is strained so bad I can't move or get out of bed. You get that sharp pain that grabs you so strong it knocks  you to your knees. Or you are getting up from your dream sleep and pulling yourself up the best way you know how. Searching for something to pull you up, because you aren't able to push up with your body at all. You finally realize you bought the bed without a headboard and can only scoot your body to the edge of the bed. Bent over, you make your way to the bathroom, the best way you know how. Suddenly, the phone rings and there you are, not able to move and wishing there was no such thing as a telephone. Ha!

You force your body from the bathroom using the sink, and barely are able to drag yourself to the kitchen. Bent over or not I will be there for that 1st cup of coffee. In my case, I have dogs so that routine would have to have been addressed differently. Who knows if I would have ever made it, for that 1st. cup of coffee. I go to the living room, put my exercise pad on the floor, to do my morning exercise, hoping to put some stimulation to my body, and the muscles I have left. I do everthing to make my back move, and suddenly I get myself off the floor. The exercise worked today, and one more step for modern woman.

I feel I have overcome the worst of the morning and have decided to take on the day. I actually feel I can get out there and conquer the world of Real Estate today. I picked up my temper pedic seat that helps me sit in my car and at work without as much discomfort or pain and go out the door.
Thank God for the chair seat cushion, the ability to exercise, and the will to move my body again. For now, no more, oh my aching back. Looking to buy or sell. Use a Realtor..............http://homesrez4u.com/
