I am a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Jupiter, Florida. I started listing and selling in "1999" and work with my sister, Linda Eidson and brother-in-law, Joe Eidson. Most of what I write pertains to our business lives and sometimes my dogs for the funny side at times. They love to stick their noses where they don't belong and bring much joy to our lives and I hope it will yours as well. Thanks for taking your time to read this Blog.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
Izzy knows how important it is to get a good nights sleep. We should all take heed and know if you don't get enough hours of rest you will begin to feel drowsy. Your mind will begin to imagine things that you would not normally think about and you'll be more forgetful. How do I know this to be true? I have experienced it for myself.
In our fast paced society we have so many things we can do in a day and sometimes it never gets done. That's what it's like in Real Estate. You get a call meet the Buyer and while your out another call comes through to list someones home. You get the Buyer back to the office and the Buyer says I will get back to you later. Off to the Sellers house to check out that listing you just know you can get and, boom....they just need a price and will decide if they want to sell or not.Or you get to the house and they just are ready to list. You do a lot of paperwork and make sure the info for the listing is correct. Your mind kicks in for another round so you can get it all completed.
You're driving away and suddenly, there's a car that swerves towards you and you feel yourself go numb. All your files and it's hard work goes all over your car floor and you say to yourself you are definitely going to get a good nights sleep. Just as you pull over to pick up your papers the phone rings and the Buyer is ready to buy the house they saw earlier and are on their way to the office to write it up. You are feeling very tired but adrenalin kicks in for one more round. You meet the Buyer, write the offer, and present the contract praying you didn't make any mistakes because you're tired but don't let the Buyer see it. All your energy ends with sending the offer to another Agent.
Ring...............Guess what? It's another Seller and they want to list right away. You are very tired and remember the car you just missed from swerving. You definitely would need to get that listing tomorrow or whenever the Seller can be home again. They understand and you set it up for tomorrow.
You head on home feeling you have done a hard days work. It could have been even busier and you decide, I will definitely sleep tonight. You fall asleep on the couch you crashed on when you got home. In my case it would have been after taking care of my dogs. You wake up in the middle of the night tired and hungry. Your dogs are panting at you and you realize you didn't eat, and they have to go out again. You drag your body to let them out, go to the fridge and force something as healthy as you can find in your stomach, and know how blessed you have had a great day!
Arf....arf..........Bff..........bff..............Oh no, you left the dogs outside. They lick you for bringing them in and they follow you to the bedroom. You get on the bed and ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
Please, Please, Please, you see how important it is to rest properly. You never know what the next day is going to bring.
