A Bff, Arf And A Bark, From The Four Paws Team!

"Bobo here, Bow Wow Wee......... Bff, Bff, Mom went on a business trip for a few days with a friend of hers, we call Aunt Judy, to look at a few different homes in Acworth, Georgia. Aunt Judy's Brother, Joseph, and his friend, Kerry, live in Acworth. Every year they are invited to go to a friend of theirs, Cindy and Jim's house, for a Spectacular Christmas celebration. Mom and Aunt Judy, were asked over to see what this couple have done in some recent remodeling.They pulled up in the driveway and saw beautiful stone slated stairs which matched an older set already in place.They walked up to a huge double glass door entryway dressed with a gorgeous wreathe that hung with pride and opened to a gorgeous Christmas show piece. Cindy greeted us with smiles and hugs for all. Holly with lights were running up a new Bannister they just put in, to the 2nd floor, with lit up Santa's, that lined the top of the stairway. They were wearing what looked to be mink coats and their belly's rose up and down when they ho ho ho'd. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were filled with boxed gifts of wines, others with toiletries, stuffed animals with surprise gifts inside. Reindeer's adorned the rear of the room and Santa sleds. On the dressers were Nativity Scenes and other stand up outdoor Christmas decorations for the yards that were displayed all around both bedrooms. Door wreathes with hand made designs, were laid on top of one of the beds displaying their beauty, just awaiting doors to be hung upon. There were also large bell balls that dangled from the door knobs that jingled like sleigh bells."

"Bobo, Arf, Arf, my black and white paws are shivering, just thinking about all the things we could have played with, if we would have been able to be there. I heard they just completed $50,000 plus in renovations which included a newly built on porch, with an outdoor entertainment grill installed overlooking a private executive golf course? Is that true?

"Bff, Izzy, it's true. Jim, one of the Owners, loves to play golf."

"Bobo, please bark on. My paws are really shaking I can hardly stand up. By the way, I love the way you're dressed so paw-fessional  too."

"Bff, Thanks Izzy. Well, a few months ago, they put in a bar at the house that sits at least a dozen people or more, not counting all the other reclining chairs, sofas and of course a large screened TV for their viewing pleasure. Jim, the Owner had on the football game which kept him entertained while he made Mom, Aunt Judy and the rest of the few guests that were with us a nonalcoholic drink. On the rim of their cocktail glasses, he told them they could be dipped in green, pink, blue, purple, or red colored sugar. The drinks were homemade fresh blended fruit smoothies, just waiting for their tongues to dance upon. Mom never mentioned any black or white sugars? This Jim may just be colored blind? We know the only colors we see are black and white and we know we see well. Hehe"

"Arf, Arf, anymore on the house, Bobo?"

"Okay, Bff off Izzy, let me think"

"Bobo, you need to be more respectful, especially having a Real Estate license now et al...."

"Izzy, Bff, what's an et al?"

"Bobo later, just finish what Mom, said about the house? Sometimes, you get almost done with what you are barking about, pleasssssse get to the point, Arf."

"Bff, on you anyway. Mom said, this house was a magnificent show piece. It was like being in Santa's toy store with all the extras. Jim's wife, Cindy, let Mom and Aunt Judy pick out an early Christmas gift, she called a give away she does at her parties. Can't wait to see what they come back with. Hope we get the give away. I hope it will be filled with bones, dog grrrrrourmet cookies and toys in black and white. hehe..."

"Bobo, that was actually interesting what Mom told you. Now here we are at the office learning some extra ideas about Real Estate and how some of those people do what they call staging. Uncle Joe and Aunt Linda, had to do some extra things at work so they dropped us off at home so we could take a siesta. Uncle Joe, had to install a new computer at work. Aunt Linda, was the ever ready bunny, she never stopped working the whole time Mom was gone. She goes and goes and goes. At least when they got home from work, Aunt Linda's battery, was still full speed and started petting us and writing contracts at the same time. She is a dog lover and works like a dawg. Hehe......

"Izzy, Uncle Joe played with us too, we chased the squirrel, the ball, the rope, we chased the Izzy, the squirrel again and chased the Izzy again. Hehe"

 "Arf, Arf.....you didn't tell them I ended up getting your squirrel away from you and hid it so you couldn't find it? Uncle Joe says that is a good Real Estate technique."

"Bff, how do you figure?"

"Bobo,  people that do Real Estate, or whatever job, do the same thing. They misplace their glasses, car keys for example, pens are common and this would get their minds off thinking about Real Estate until they can find what their looking for. This would allow us the opportunity, to get most of the listings. When the Realtors, have their mind off what they are doing, we can go in and get the Sellers to sign the contracts, while these Realtors are still looking for their glasses, car keys etc."

"Izzy, Bff, we dogs, think bones, good food, playing, licking and anything else you can think of. Bow wow wow, we have the listing. Hehe"
