Bobo And Izzy Take Leadership Course!

When you first start in Real Estate, one of the most important ways to get yourself started and understand all the different people and things you will be dealing with is the leadership program they have through the JTHS,(Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound) Board Of Realtors. You may be asking yourself what does this do for me to help me grow in Real Estate? I am going to let Bobo and Izzy go over with you their first experience they had from the first program they have taken. Hopefully this will help you know what a true leader is all about. It's not just about how smart you can be, but how much you can actually learn from others and sometimes how much we may have to take from them as well. Let's see what we can learn?

"Bobo here, I went to the beach today and I had to act like a service dog. Every step I took got hotter and hotter. My paws were saying, Run Bobo Run. What the #%)& was I doing this for? The lady they put me with seemed very nice and honest. This was suppose to teach us how to interact with each other. It was also suppose to show us how to be more of a servant to others so we could learn from it.

A Park Ranger came by and said mam, "no dogs allowed."

"She quickly spoke up and I thought great, she is going to be a servant to me but instead she said to him, "I have never seen this dog before in my life."

"I looked at her and the Ranger and wanted to take my scarf off and strangle both of them. Then I remembered, what I was really wearing the scarf for. I was being a servant to others. I also know, I will strangle Izzy, as this seemed like one of her setups. Bff., Shh, here comes Miss America now. Let's see what kind of day she has had."

"Ladies, Gentleman and you too Bobo, I had to be around 20 children today and enjoyed playing with them. Other than the spitting through straws at each other, screamimg, pulling each others hair and my tail at times, I felt they were having more fun playing with my tail then they did with each other. I figured, most of them, were meant to be dognoxious. I'm sure that was to test me on my endurance and discipline around children. I took a lot of stuff, guff and a little rough stuff, with some teasing from some of those bullies at times. Something told me this could be a set up from Bobo to test me. Will see about that later, maybe. The best part was, when the children became calm and loving as soon as everyone came back to check on me. I was awarded the best Realtor with having the best dogmeanor of the day! "

"Psst, Izzy. Wait until we get home and let's see how good you keep up your dogmeanor. I am going to chase you so much you may wish you had 20 children instead of having me as your brother."

"I am going to learn from my experience today. You are acting like a bully and I'm not afraid of you."

"Let's see how brave you are when no one's at home later. Hehe...."

"Oops!"

Be the best you can be as a Realtor or whatever it is you do in your profession. Try not to be showy about it. You will be known better by being natural and sincere about what you do. This is just a part of what the leadership program entails.
