Sell Us Out!

Today the Eidson Team, Linda, Joe and Lois, were previewing an area we haven't been at in a while and learning more about what's going on in the Jupiter, area. Canterbury, at Abacoa, has 4 houses left to sell, as of this very moment and 3 Townhouses left. We stopped in to some great hospitality, catered food from Sals, a very tasty Italian place, with a nice variety of foods and drinks. Joe, my partner, really likes to eat so we surely weren't going to miss out on any of that for him. Everything you can think of that comes to your mind they had for the Real Estate Agents that showed up.

It's always nice to hang out with and say hi to friends and colleagues we haven't seen for awhile. Now we know more about Canterbury's Inventory, as most of the Realtors, thought the community was already Sold out! Smart move on Canterbury's part at Abacoa, to get the last few Houses and Townhouses they have left Sold out, by letting the Real Estate community know about it.

"Well Izzy how about that. Do you think we should get involved and ask why we weren't invited to some Italian cooking?"

"No Bobo, let the humans have their moment. When they see more opportunities for their Buyers and make a sale, we get those special surprises that come home in our favorite doggies store bag."


"You have a point. I wonder what we'll be getting this time?"


"I don't know but I sure hope they move one of those places soon. We could use another duck. That one you have, is starting to lose it's feathers."

"Bff your life, Izzy. I love to play with my duck, Aunt Linda, got for me by the way. I hope they sell one soon."
